10 East End Avenue

New York, NY 10075
co-op
About
10 East End Avenue was built in 1957 with 195 units in 20 floors and was converted to a cooperative in 1984. Well located on the southwest corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue, the building is very near a southbound entrance to the FDR drive on 79th Street, yet is surprisingly quiet. Some apartments even have partial East River views and the building renovated the hallways in 2010. Building amenities include a live-in superintendent, full-time doorman, garage, roof deck, gym, storage & bike room. 10 East End Avenue is located just steps from Carl Schurz Park, the East River Promenade and the M79 crosstown bus. Pets are welcome.
