This art deco landmarked building was constructed in 1930 when exposed beamed ceilings were a must and converted to a co-operative in 1986. There are two penthouses and a few units have been combined to create up to a 7 room unit. The apartments were built as studios, one bedrooms or 2 bedroom units though out the 12 floors. Many of the units enjoy open city views .You enter through a double set of glass paned doors and descend in to the beautifully restored impressive lobby a grey diamond pattern floor in soft contrast to the white walls. There is a part time doorman Thursday to Sunday from 8 pm to midnight, a live in super. For your convenience there is storage for bikes, a laundry room and storage bins for rent.
